Pretty happy! I'm seeing green more consistently now and that's a pretty good incentive. REALLY like that I hit my daily step goal more days last week than not. And per my personal butt kicking last Monday, I started walking a few days last week. Just about 15 minutes of walking but still burned calories according to my Fitbit.
Saturday was my best step day and that's thanks to a trip to the zoo (post to come tomorrow). We spent several hours there and it was pretty much walking the whole time. If only I could go to the zoo every day, walking for exercise would be fun while seeing the animals but it's a few hours too far away to be an every day thing. LOL
While at the zoo, I received these notifications from Fitbit:
Notification #1. Encourages me. Almost there! Get 626 steps more to hit your daily goal.
Notification #2. Congratulates me for reaching my daily step goal: Nailed it! You met your step goal for the day.
Notification #3. Then scolds me for being an overachiever: Overachiever! You're 1,672 steps over your daily goal.
So first it encourages, then congratulates me and then calls me an overachiever, at least S Health was nicer with their notifications! 😆
